Assist in the procurement of raw materials, packaging, equipment, and services as per company requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing and terms.
Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and maintain accurate purchase records.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
Monitor stock levels in coordination with inventory and warehouse teams.
Support the Purchase Manager in sourcing new suppliers and evaluating existing vendors.
Maintain compliance with company policies, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with internal departments (Accounts, Stores, Production) for seamless operations.
Prepare reports on purchase activities, vendor performance, and cost analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
6-12 months of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing.
Basic knowledge of purchase processes, vendor management, and inventory coordination.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or ERP systems.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
