Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Junior Purchase Executive

to support our procurement operations for interior and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of vendor coordination, material procurement, rate comparison, and purchase documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and purchasing of construction/interior-related materials Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to get quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery Compare prices, specifications, and delivery timelines to select the best suppliers Raise Purchase Orders (PO) and maintain purchase records Track inventory levels and follow up on pending deliveries Ensure quality and timely delivery of materials at sites Maintain relationships with existing vendors and help identify new ones Work closely with project and site teams to understand material requirements Prepare and maintain purchase reports and documentation

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Com preferred) 1-3 years of experience in purchase/procurement (preferably in the interior/construction industry) Basic knowledge of materials like electrical items, wood, plywood, paint, hardware, etc. Strong negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in MS Excel, Email, and documentation Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple purchase requests Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits:

Monthly Salary:

Rs. 20,000 - Rs. 25,000 (Based on experience) Yearly performance bonus Travel allowance if required for site visits/vendor meetings Opportunity to grow within the company's procurement and operations teams
