Job Title: Junior Project Engineer

Reports To: Project Engineer / Project Manager

Education & Experience :-

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) is must.

0-2 years of relevant work or internship experience preferred.

Job Overview :-

We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Engineer to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within our organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities :-

Experience of Design, Construction of STP/ETP and Solid Waste Management projects (MSW/Bio Mining)

Assist in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of project activities and schedules.

Prepare technical documents, reports, drawings, and presentations.

Support senior engineers and project managers with daily tasks and project administration.

Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments as required.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and project components.

Track project progress and assist in preparing status updates and risk assessments.

Ensure compliance with company policies, engineering standards, and safety guidelines.

Participate in meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Requirements

Skills:-

Basic understanding of project management principles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools is a plus.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
