Job Description

Position :- Jr. Project Coordinator

Department :- Project Management

Location :- Plot No. 24-25, IT Park Sinhasa Dhar Road, Indore, M.P. - 452013

Qualification :- B.B.A/ M.B.A

Roles & Responsibilities :-

1. Project Co-ordination :

a) Preparing status reports of site.

b) Maintaining Tonnage sheet and record approved weight slips.

c) Getting involved in activities related to modifications in drawing, checking and approving the same.

d) Coordination with intra and inter departments.

2. Commercial Aspects:

a) Order processing : Booking/technical specification.

b) Making quotations.

c) Follow-ups for payments.

d) Product material exhibitions and brochures.

3. Reporting and documentation work:

a) Various letter drafting.

b) Record keeping.

c) Other documentation work.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹13,657.79 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
