You will act as a critical link between our internal teams and external clients, managing timelines, gathering requirements, and supporting customer success initiatives that drive long-term engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Coordinate and monitor project activities from initiation to closure, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
Maintain project documentation, schedules, and trackers to ensure transparency across stakeholders.
Client Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Proactively communicate project status, changes, and potential risks, ensuring client expectations are managed effectively.
Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with clients to foster trust and partnership.
Customer Success:
Support onboarding, training, and adoption efforts for new clients.
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and account growth.
Monitor client health metrics and address issues proactively to ensure continued success and satisfaction.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
Relay client feedback internally to drive product and service enhancements.
Risk Management:
Identify project bottlenecks, risks, or issues early and work on mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in a project coordination, client engagement, or customer success role, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Jira, or similar platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask across multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to solving client challenges.
