Assist the Office Head in daily project coordination and administrative tasks
Monitor and follow up on site activities and ensure timely reporting
Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and departments for smooth workflow
Maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules
Track progress of construction work and update stakeholders accordingly
Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards
Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and manage correspondence
Support procurement, billing, and tendering-related activities when required
Perform additional duties as assigned to support project execution
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of construction workflow and project management basics
Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
