Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Architect with hands-on experience in corporate interior projects, particularly large office environments.

This is an onsite, part-time role based at a client location, requiring strong execution capability, material knowledge, and seamless coordination between design intent and site delivery.

The ideal candidate has prior experience working on active sites, is confident managing vendors, and can independently drive execution while aligning closely with the Principal Architect and design team.

Key Responsibilities

Execute corporate interior design projects at the client site, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines Coordinate between design teams, consultants, vendors, and site contractors to ensure smooth project delivery Demonstrate strong knowledge of materials, finishes, detailing, and on-site construction practices Manage day-to-day site activities, quality checks, and execution coordination Liaise with vendors and suppliers for material sourcing, negotiations, and timely procurement Ensure design intent is accurately translated during execution Participate in site meetings, resolve execution-related challenges, and provide regular updates to the Principal Architect Maintain documentation related to drawings, revisions, and site progress

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must submit a portfolio that clearly demonstrates:

Corporate interior projects executed in previous roles Individual contribution to design development and on-site delivery Photographs, drawings, and execution-related documentation where applicable
