Job Description
- Produce Quality products in accordance with the process instruction: work Instruction, Control Plan, Inspection Standard.
- Complete daily production tasks among operations.
- Prepare materials/assembly components to support daily production requirement.
- Record all rejects/defects, inventory tracking and report.
- Clearly understand how to record and summarize the production daily report.
- Good discipline and capable to perform stations in an assigned manufacturing area.
- Understand and follow document used for production, as require. For example, Work Instruction (WI), Process Flow Chart, Control Plan, FMEA, Process Sheet, Mold Guide, Visual Aid, Quality Manual and Procedures, etc.
- Notice the problem involves with operation to Engineer, Work Team Leader, Technician and among operations.
9. Participate in problem analysis as requires.
