Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily operations in assembly and fabrication departments
Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce wastage
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on assembly and fabrication lines
Ensure products meet defined quality, safety, and engineering standards
Prepare, update, and maintain work instructions for assembly activities
Ensure strict adherence to quality systems and safety procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product introduction and process improvements
Continuously review and improve assembly line layouts and workflows for better efficiency
Desired Skills
Strong knowledge of assembly & fabrication processes
Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments
Understanding of quality control and safety norms
Good problem-solving and coordination skills
Ability to work independently at site
