Job Description

Job Responsibility:

To ensure collection/receipt of material, consumables and specifications (drawings,

quality plan etc) from respective dept.

To ensure availability of production equipments in good working condition through

maintenance.

To ensure the availability of qualified welder.

To load the work to operator & to ensure operations as per process parameters.

To ensure satisfactory completion of stages being offered to Third Party Inspection

Agency or Customer.

To ensure safe handling & preservation of product during manufacture.

To ensure appropriate identification and traceability of product / raw material.

To ensure safe working & maintenance of housekeeping.

To monitor and keep a record of day-to-day production activities.

Record keeping and basic quality documentation.

Job Requirements:

The candidate must be a graduate in Mechanical Engineering.

Must have knowledge of fabrication of process equipments - Coded Pressure Vessels,

Heat Exchangers, Piping systems, Skid mounted Packages, etc.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
