We are looking for a

Junior Production Engineer

to support day-to-day production activities, ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor, and assist in maintaining quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and execution of production activities as per drawings and specifications Coordinate with designers, supervisors, and vendors for smooth production flow Support preparation of

BOQ, BOM, and production schedules

Monitor material usage and report shortages or excess Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety norms Help in supervising shop floor activities and labor productivity Maintain daily production reports and documentation Assist in troubleshooting minor production or technical issues Support installation or site teams when required

Skills & Requirements

Basic understanding of production processes and manufacturing methods Ability to read technical drawings and specifications Knowledge of materials used in interior / furniture production (preferred) Basic knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD (added advantage) Good coordination and communication skills Willingness to learn and work on the shop floor / site Ability to work under deadlines

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

Exposure to interior fit-out or furniture manufacturing Knowledge of quality control and cost control basics Understanding of CNC / carpentry / fabrication processes
