Assist the production team in monitoring daily operations, meeting output targets, and maintaining quality standards.
Review technical drawings, BOMs, and SOPs, and support the implementation of process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and materials teams to ensure timely production flow, minimal downtime, and safe working conditions.
Prepare shift reports, track equipment performance, and assist in troubleshooting production issues and line bottlenecks.
Minimum qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Production) or Diploma; 0-3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment; strong analytical, team-work and communication skills.
