You'll work closely with the Strategy and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are well executed, monitored daily, and deliver strong ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in
setting up, managing, and optimizing
campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Demand Gen) and Meta Ads (Lead Gen, CTW).
Conduct
keyword research
, ad group structuring, and budget allocation as per campaign goals.
Regularly track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROI).
Create and manage ad copies, basic creatives, and landing page briefs for the design team.
Coordinate with internal teams for campaign creatives, approvals, and reporting.
Monitor campaign performance daily and flag issues proactively.
Stay updated with latest
digital ad trends, tools, and bidding strategies
.
Skills & Qualifications
0-1.5 years of experience in
Google & Meta Ads campaign management
(internship/freelance/agency experience preferred).
Basic understanding of
Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Analytics
.
Knowledge of campaign metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.) and ad optimization techniques.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data tracking and reports.
Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads (optional but preferred).
Detail-oriented, data-driven, and eager to learn advanced campaign strategies.
