About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Performance Marketing Assistant

to support our Performance Marketing Manager with day-to-day advertising operations. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone eager to learn digital marketing, advertising platforms, and data-driven growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in

uploading and setting up ads

across platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc. Help prepare

campaign assets

, including titles, descriptions, and creatives. Ensure all ads follow platform guidelines and internal quality standards. Maintain accurate campaign documentation and help keep dashboards updated. Assist with

A/B testing

, creative variations, and basic optimizations. Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams for timely asset delivery. Support the manager in monitoring campaign performance and preparing simple reports. Perform basic competitor research and collect insights to improve campaigns.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (paid ads, CTR, impressions, etc.) -- training provided. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills and willingness to learn. Familiarity with social media and advertising platforms is a plus but not required. Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.

Nice-to-Have

Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Sheets, or Excel. Internship or coursework experience in digital marketing. Interest in performance marketing, analytics, and advertising trends.
