Position Summary
Ocularity Analytics is seeking a
Performance Specialist
with strong expertise in
buying for conversions
(sales-focused campaigns). This role is geared towards driving measurable business results--conversions, revenue, and ROI--by designing and executing high-impact media buying strategies.
As part of the
Performance Division
, you'll be responsible for owning conversion-led campaigns across platforms, scaling paid media efficiently, and building funnels that align with client revenue objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has an entrepreneurial drive, and balances
data-driven decision making with creative problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
Full ownership of
conversion-driven paid media campaigns
(Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms).
Execute and optimize campaigns across
top, mid, and bottom-of-funnel
, with focus on
sales and acquisition goals (CAC, MRR, ROAS, LTV).
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance with precision using analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform dashboards, attribution tools).
Manage budgets, pacing, and media allocation to maximize
ROI and revenue impact.
Test and scale new channels, ad formats, and bidding strategies to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with designers and content teams to build high-performing creative assets.
Partner closely with the CEO on funnel optimization ideas, performance insights, and business strategy.
Provide thought leadership on
conversion psychology, targeting strategies, and platform best practices.
Develop A/B tests for audiences, creatives, and landing pages to continuously refine performance.
Stay ahead of
digital media trends
and proactively bring innovative solutions to clients.
Maintain a high standard of client servicing and ensure all deliverables align with business objectives.
Qualifications
3-4 years' hands-on experience
in performance marketing / media buying with a strong focus on
sales and conversions.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education + experience.
Proven track record of managing conversion-led campaigns with measurable ROI.
Deep platform expertise: Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads (programmatic knowledge is a plus).
Strong analytical and numerical skills; must be confident with performance metrics and attribution models.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to independently manage projects end-to-end, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
Creative and strategic thinker who can balance short-term revenue impact with long-term growth.
Experience managing multiple projects under tight timelines.
Portfolio of past media buying or email marketing work is preferred (PDF or online submission).
