Job Description

Job Summary (List Format) for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Techno-Functional Consultant:
- Provide L2/L3 techno-functional support for Oracle EBS R12.2.3 Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, EBTax, Vertex, OneSource, Cash Management).
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and defects within SLA timelines; perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring or critical issues.
- Create and maintain comprehensive functional and technical documentation, including SOPs and support guides.
- Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and adhere to change control processes.
- Collaborate closely with business and IT teams to ensure accurate issue tracking and timely resolution.
- Utilize ServiceNow (or similar ITSM platforms) for incident and change management.
- Provide critical support during peak periods such as Finance Close and Cyber 6.
- Coordinate with cross-functional, offshore, and onshore teams to ensure seamless issue management and effective handoffs.
- Support and maintain customizations, extensions, and integrations with third-party systems (e.g., Vertex, external tax engines).
- Contribute to ongoing process and performance improvements within the Oracle Finance landscape.
- Ensure compliance with multinational, multilingual (English, Chinese, Japanese) deployment requirements.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Available for weekend/holiday and 24x7 support during critical business periods and finance close cycles.
