We're looking for an organized, proactive, and customer-focused
Operations Executive
to manage deployments, support clients, and ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities
Lead and support Syook's deployment plans across client sites (Pan India).
Manage supply chain, inventory, and daily operational stand-ups.
Conduct site surveys, configure & install hardware, and provide training to end-users.
Offer post-deployment operational & technical support.
Support cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D with testing new hardware).
Drive client management to improve customer experience & retention.
Motivate and manage teams in time-sensitive, high-pressure environments.
Track operations metrics to improve productivity, reduce errors, and optimize costs.
Skills Required
Proficiency in Google Suite & MS Office.
Knowledge of project management, operations, and supply chain management.
Basic understanding of configuring/troubleshooting routers, modems, and working with electronic components.
About You
Strong planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle unexpected challenges and basic troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (other languages are a plus).
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and growth mindset.
Willingness to travel extensively across India
Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented personality.
