We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person with 1+ years of experience to join our team. This role involves managing client inquiries, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and efficiently scheduling appointments and follow-ups. You will play a pivotal role in fostering strategic collaborations, driving sectoral engagement, and ensuring high-value outcomes for our clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide information, address queries, and generate interest in our services and programs.
Explain our therapy services, session formats, and pricing to potential clients.
Assist clients in booking appointments with therapists.
Build rapport and create interest through engaging, professional conversations.
Convince leads to take the next step, such as attending a session or webinar.
Communicate with registered webinar candidates via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain logs and update lead records regularly.
Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups to ensure seamless service delivery.
Address client concerns and provide accurate information about services.
Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to achieve daily and weekly targets.
Contribute to building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus).
Strong, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
High confidence and a positive attitude while speaking over the phone.
Strong client relationship management and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, CRM, etc.).
Qualifications:
Graduated in any discipline.
0-3years of experience in
(inbound/outbound)

MBA preferred

Work Timings:
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
Salary ?15,000 - ?35,000 per month
One Sunday per month will be a working day, with a compensatory day off provided on the following day
