Job Summary:
The OPD Assistant will support eye clinic operations by assisting patients, maintaining clinic readiness, coordinating with doctors and optometrists, and ensuring smooth patient flow for eye examinations and procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum: 12th pass (Diploma in healthcare/optical assistant preferred)
Basic computer skills (EMR/HMS knowledge is an advantage)
Good communication skills and polite behavior
Ability to support elderly and low-vision patients
Experience
Hospital/eye clinic experience preferred (freshers trained in-house can apply)
