Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Perform routine analysis of

raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples

as per approved specifications. Carry out testing using

HPLC, GC, UV, IR, Dissolution, KF, pH meter

, and other analytical instruments. Ensure

calibration and validation

of laboratory instruments as per schedule. Prepare, review, and maintain

analysis reports, COAs, SOPs, STPs, and logbooks

. Ensure compliance with

cGMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines

. Participate in

method validation, method transfer, and stability studies

. Handle

out-of-specification (OOS)

and

out-of-trend (OOT)

investigations. Support

internal and external audits

(WHO, USFDA, etc.). Maintain proper

housekeeping and safety

in the QC laboratory. Coordinate with

QA, Production, and Warehouse

departments for quality-related issues.

Required Qualification:

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry or related discipline)

Experience:

1-5 years

of experience in

Quality Control

within a

pharmaceutical formulation company

.

Skills & Competencies:

Hands-on experience with

analytical instruments

. Good understanding of

pharmaceutical documentation

. Knowledge of

ICH guidelines

. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to work in shifts if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.44 - ₹25,000.74 per month
