Assist in sourcing land leads through broker networks and market references.
Support in maintaining and coordinating with broker and landowner databases.
Assist seniors during land visits for site inspection and basic assessments.
Conduct preliminary market research and data collection for identified locations.
Support in market mapping, competition analysis, and price benchmarking.
Assist in preparation of basic feasibility notes and internal reports.
Coordinate meetings with brokers, landowners, and internal stakeholders.
Support in maintaining records, MIS, and documentation related to land acquisition.
Assist in due diligence activities by coordinating with legal, technical, and finance teams.
Track follow-ups and maintain status reports on active land leads.
Perform other business development-related tasks as assigned by seniors.
