We are leading Recruiter Firm in Kolkata and we have an urgent requirement Jr. Officer HR for our client company Manufacturing Industry.

Location: KOLKATA H.O

Minimum Qualification: MBA (HR)

Skills Required: GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS, SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF COMPUTER APPLICATIONS, STATUTORY (PF & ESIC) WORK KNOWLEDGE

Experience: 1 YEAR - 3 YEAR

CTC: 2.10LPA TO 3LPA

Expected DOJ: IMMEDIATE

Reports to: MANAGER HR

JD :

Database Entries (Online) & Filling.

Pre Recruitment Communication, Interview Calls.

Offer Letter/Appointment Letter/ID Cards Preparations.

Collecting Documents from the Branches as per Requirements

Collecting KYC Documents for Statutory Purposes, Statutory Office visits as per requirements.

Bank A/C KYCs and Communication.

IVMS Attendance Monitoring.

Coordination with the Branch on regular basis & other responsibilities assigned by the management.
