Assist with the hiring process by reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees.
Maintain employee databases and documentation records.
Assist with payroll processing and documentation, including tracking employee attendance, Leave, Lay-Off, Overtime, and left employees.
download data from bio matric system and track with employees attendance.
Manage employee benefits, such as processing enrolments, and health benefits.
Assist the HR manager with formulating policies, procedures, and changes.
Support HR-related training programs, workshops, and seminars
Oversee HR events and meetings and coordinate management-employee communications
Write and submit reports on general HR activities.
Help during exit interviews and complete termination documentation.
