Service Supply chain Global Ops, we are constantly optimizing the service supply chain in order to deliver on time to our customers, with optimal inventory levels. It is an ever developing task in a forward-thinking environment.Responsible for operational standards in warehouse and distribution related tasks. Liaise with related parties to ensure GI is done one time and Handle system related configuration to ensure reliable outbound from global MRP locations.Define delivery concepts and network setup to meet customer requirements, Delivery plan for all materials for the service business, across the value chain, and project management of continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain.

Responsibilities

The right candidate will have hands on experience in a global supply chain function within the Warehousing, order handling, transport and planning area of a distribution network

Analyse the non conformity and coordinate with WH/Site under service supply chain for disposition and cost recovery .Through Analytical reasoning of the root causes and corrective measures

Keeping track of repeat pattern on NCs, follow-up for corrective actions recommended by quality to reduce future, and mitigating the risks in case of deviations

Reporting & Analytics on warehouse & Logistics related data sets to cascade meaning ful data for upstream and downstream business links. Perform RCAs on areas to correct

Implementing lean initiatives & Process improvements

Qualifications

Preferably graduate/post graduate in any stream having experience in Demand -supply planning and Balancing

3+ years of experience from a global international supply chain function within productionor spare parts /service environment

Supply chain certifications ( eg: APICS-CPIM , CSCP ) preferred but not mandatory

Working knowledge in SQL/R/Python is good to have

Competencies

Good knowledge in SAP (MM, SD module specifically) ,MS Excel

Ability to understand the Master data parameters and its implications on the planning side

Basic statistics knowledge and Should have interest or experience in handling data to extract business insights

Hands on experience in applying supply chain principles and methods including reporting

Solid experience in inventory planning preferably in a global distribution network and Able to understand the complex supply chain network and its intricasies

Cross cultural understanding is needed and Effective stakeholder management skills

Working style is well structured, proactive, progressive and persistent

Ability to work on Ambiguity to provide clarity and sail through the murky water
