Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Practical Experience

: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in hard goods, preferably buying agency.

Staying : In Noida or Around Noida, or who can re-locate

Roles and Responsibilities

:

Product Development

:Work closely with international and domestic clients and domestic suppliers to develop new products that align with market trends and client requirements. This involves interpreting design ideas, creating and maintaining development timelines, and managing the sample creation process..

Quality Assurance:

Oversee the quality control process with the dedicated QC team to ensure that all goods meet the required standards and specifications. Identify any issues that may affect product quality or delivery timescales and work proactively to resolve them.

Order Management:

Manage the complete order process, including creating purchase orders, coordinating with manufacturers, monitoring production schedules, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Costing and Negotiation :

Negotiate costings and terms with suppliers. Analyze and understand market trends, commodity costs, and currency fluctuations to secure the best possible prices.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences. Provide insights and recommendations to improve product offerings and sales strategies

Reporting:

Prepare and present regular reports on product development status, order tracking, supplier performance, and market trends.
