Job Description

:

1. Buyer Communication & Order Handling

Serve as the primary point of contact between the buyer and the factory. Understand buyer requirements, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate for product development, approvals, and pre-production samples. Follow up on order confirmations, amendments, and shipment instructions.
2. Product Development & Costing

Work closely with design and sampling teams to develop styles as per buyer's brief. Prepare cost sheets, negotiate prices with buyers, and finalize orders. Track sample status and ensure on-time dispatch for buyer approvals.
3. Production Coordination

Create time and action (T&A) plans for each order and monitor progress daily. Coordinate with production, quality, and procurement teams to ensure adherence to timelines. Follow up for fabric and trim in-house dates, production starts, and shipment readiness. Resolve bottlenecks or delays in collaboration with relevant departments.
4. Quality Assurance

Ensure all production processes comply with buyer quality standards and testing requirements. Coordinate with QA/QC for inline and final inspections. Address any quality issues promptly and communicate resolutions to buyers.
5. Documentation & Shipment

Coordinate with logistics for documentation, labeling, and packaging as per buyer specifications. Ensure timely booking of shipments and dispatch. Preparing and verifying export documents

Skills:

Education

: Graduate / Diploma in Textile / Apparel Merchandising / Fashion Technology. Exp - 2-4 years Strong communication and negotiation skills. In-depth knowledge of garment manufacturing processes. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines. Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Attention to detail and quality orientation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
