Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain mechanical systems in construction projects
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project managers
Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained for optimal performance
Conduct inspections to ensure safety and quality compliance
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and cost estimates
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of mechanical systems used in construction
Knowledge of CAD software and design tools
Ability to read/interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to multitask and work in a team
Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects
Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, or heavy machinery
Immediate joiners preferred
