Core Responsibilities

:

Institutional Relationship Management:



? Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers (pathologists, lab managers, procurement officers, administrators) in target institutions.

? Understanding the specific needs and requirements of each institution.

? Acting as a primary point of contact for all institutional inquiries and support.

? Sales and Business Development:

? Promoting and selling the company's IVD products and solutions to institutions.

? Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

? Preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals.

? Meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Technical Product Knowledge and Support:



? Possessing a strong understanding of the company's IVD product portfolio and its applications.

? Providing technical information and support to customers.

? Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions.

? Addressing technical inquiries and resolving customer issues.

Tender and Contract Management:



? Managing the tender process for government and institutional clients.

? Preparing and submitting tender documents.

? Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements.

? Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.

Market Analysis and Reporting

:

? Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.

? Providing feedback to the company on customer needs and market opportunities.

? Preparing regular sales reports and forecasts.

? Maintaining records of sales and customer interactions.

Regulatory Compliance

:

? Understanding and adhering to all relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, CE, local regulations).

? Ensuring that all sales and marketing activities comply with applicable regulations.

? Facilitating the proper documentation for instillation and usage of IVD products.

Required Skills and Qualifications

:

Education:



? Bachelor's degree in medical technology, biology, chemistry, business administration, or a related field.

? Master's degree or relevant certifications are preferred.

Experience

:

? Proven experience in sales or business development within the IVD or healthcare industry.

? Experience working with institutions like hospitals, medical colleges, and government organizations.

? Experience in managing tenders and contracts.

Skills

:

? Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

? Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.

? Technical proficiency in IVD products and applications.

? Knowledge of the healthcare market and regulatory environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
