Job Description

Monitoring the production process to verify that all products meet the specified quality criteria.

This may involve conducting tests, measurements, and statistical analyses to identify deviations and take corrective actions.

Maintaining accurate records of quality control activities, test results, and any non-conformities found during inspections.

Generating comprehensive reports and sharing them with relevant stakeholders to track trends and ensure continuous improvement.

Investigating and resolving customer complaints related to product quality, working closely with relevant departments to determine root causes and preventative actions.

Keeping up-to-date with applicable regulations and industry standards related to product quality, safety, and labeling requirements.

Ensuring compliance and communicating any changes or updates to the organization.

Preparation & Standardization of Volumetric Solutions.(to cross check chemist accuracy, if required)

Checking of FG/ RM /PM Samples according to sampling plan, communicated by R&D / C-QA verbally or through mail or through documentations.

Basic Instrument handling pH meter ,Balance, Bursting Strength etc

Communicates in a timely manner, all information regarding process, raw material status, results, etc. to all appropriate individuals in Purchasing, Sales, Customer Service, and Quality departments.

Ensures the maintenance and/or adherence to good laboratory practices and all safety regulations both in laboratory and manufacturing areas.

Writes and/or reviews procedures, purchase orders, quotes, and specifications needed to support product manufacturing activities.

Inventory management, loading & unloading activity verification, inprocess quality checkup.

Pay: ₹17,145.78 - ₹61,201.43 per month
