Role: Jr. IT Recruiter
Location: Pune, Baner.
(Work from Office, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
Experience: 0-2 Years
Education: Any Graduate
Responsibilities:
Source and identify suitable IT profiles through job portals, referrals, and direct sourcing methods.
Screen candidate resumes to assess technical skills, experience, and role fit.
Share and track technical/assessment tests with candidates as part of the evaluation process.
Schedule interviews by coordinating with candidates and technical interview panels.
Act as the primary point of contact between candidates and interviewers throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and follow up to ensure timely interview completion.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely updates.
Requirements

• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple candidates and interview schedules simultaneously.

• Good organizational and follow-up skills.

• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools is an advantage.
