Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and driven

Junior IT Recruiter (Fresher)

to join our HR team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a long-term career in

IT recruitment and talent acquisition

within a product-based company.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end recruitment for IT roles.


Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal referrals, and networking


Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions


Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and technical panels


Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports


Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience


Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus/online hiring drives

Eligibility & Skills

Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Management, Psychology, or a related field


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Interest in IT recruitment and understanding of tech roles (training will be provided)


Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets


Strong follow-up and coordination skills


Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
