will be accountable for coordinating and executing all infrastructure development activities and also vendor management for outlets, ensuring timely setup and compliance with company standards, regulatory guidelines, and franchise agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, suppliers, and consultants.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain proper site records.
Monitor material usage and inventory on-site.
Resolve any on-site technical issues with a proactive approach.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering Or interior Designer.
Good understanding of civil drawings, execution practices, and materials.
Ability to manage labor and ensure efficient site progress.
Familiar with basic computer applications (MS Office, email).
