Job Summary:

We are urgently looking for a

Junior Art Advisor

with prior exposure to

hotel projects

or reputed

art/design studios

. The role involves assisting in art curation, coordination with designers, and supporting end-to-end execution for hotel segment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in

art curation and selection

for hotel and hospitality projects

Work closely with

interior designers, architects, and hotel teams

Support senior advisors in preparing

concept decks, mood boards, and presentations

Coordinate with artists, vendors, and framing/printing partners

Ensure timely execution and quality control at site

Maintain project documentation, artwork details, and installation records

Requirements:

Prior experience in

hotel industry as a junior designer

OR

experience with reputed art companies like

Baaya Design / Manjula Design

or similar

Interior Designer by qualification

2-4 years of relevant experience

, preferably in hotel or hospitality projects

Strong understanding of

materials, finishes, and spatial aesthetics

Good communication and coordination skills

Graduated in

Interior Design, Architecture, BFA (Fine Arts)

, or a related field.

Proficiency in design tools such as

AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

, and familiarity with

3D software

(e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, or 3ds Max).

Strong creative and technical sense, with a keen eye for

detail, material, and form

.

Excellent

communication and teamwork

skills.

Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a collaborative, fast-paced creative environment.

Passion for

art-integrated spaces

and modern design narratives is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
