Role Overview
We are seeking a
motivated and energetic Junior Inside Sales Executive
to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will focus on
lead generation, client engagement, and sales pipeline management
for our portfolio of brands. You'll work hand-in-hand with leadership to execute strategies, nurture potential clients, and contribute directly to business growth.
What You'll Do
Research and identify potential leads through calls, emails, and digital channels.
Qualify prospects and build a
consistent lead funnel
in the CRM system.
Conduct virtual or phone meetings to present our services and understand client needs.
Assist in client onboarding, partner coordination, and account management.
Maintain professional communication across internal teams and client stakeholders.
Contribute to
campaigns, events, and partnership initiatives
.
Regularly update CRM data to ensure pipeline accuracy and hygiene.
What We're Looking For
0-2 years of experience in
Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development
.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
skills.
Knowledge of
lead generation tools, CRM systems, and outreach strategies
.
Comfortable with
cold calling, email campaigns, and client follow-ups
.
Self-motivated, and eager to learn quickly.
Proficiency in
G-Suite, Excel, and basic reporting tools
.
A degree in
Business, Marketing, or related field
preferred.
