We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Junior Recruiter
to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end hiring process across various departments. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Post job openings on various job portals, social media platforms, and internal channels.
Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidates based on job criteria.
Follow up with candidates and provide timely feedback at each stage.
Support onboarding and documentation for selected candidates.
Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives as needed.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques, resume databases, and job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
