Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Human Resources (HR) professional, based in Kamthi. In this position, you will assist with tasks such as developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling employee documentation, maintaining records, coordinating recruitment, ensuring compliance with HR regulations, and supporting other HR functions to enhance the employee experience.
Qualifications
Knowledge and application of core Human Resources (HR) principles, including HR Policies and HR Management.
Experience or skills in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage.
Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
