to join our Human Resources team. As a Junior Recruiter, you will support the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level and junior roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conducts initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Coordinate and support onboarding processes for new hires.
Help organize recruitment drives, job fairs, and campus hiring events.
Communicate professionally with candidates and provide timely feedback.
Prepare recruitment reports and metrics as required.
Collaborate with the HR team to improve hiring strategies and employer branding.
