Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms
Candidate mapping, screen resumes and schedule interviews
Cold calling and recruitment
Scheduling interviews, follow up for the interview.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain employee records and databases
Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events
Support in drafting HR communications
Assist in tracking attendance, leaves, and HR compliance
Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as needed
Other admin related activities
Educational Qualifications
Any graduate,Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Eagerness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment
