Attendance, leave, and muster management
Joining, exit & HR formalities (non-recruitment)
Payroll coordination with accounts team
Preparing HR reports and data in Excel
Implementing company HR policies and procedures
Handling employee coordination and queries
Maintaining discipline and office/site HR support
Skills Required:
Good communication skills
Strong knowledge of HR documentation process
MS Excel and computer knowledge
Ability to coordinate with staff and management
