Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
Screen resumes to determine candidate suitability for required roles.
Conduct telephonic screening and shortlist qualified candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and update the recruitment tracker regularly.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure smooth onboarding.
Meet recruitment targets within defined timelines.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
6 months of experience
in recruitment and sourcing.
Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Familiarity with job portals like LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.
Good decision-making and evaluation skills.
