We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic
Junior HR Recruiter
to join our HR team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are passionate about recruitment and eager to learn the full cycle of talent acquisition.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers
Support onboarding and documentation processes
Help organize recruitment drives and walk-in interviews
Ensure timely follow-ups and communication with candidates
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any stream (MBA in HR is a plus)
0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email handling
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain
