We are looking for a

Junior Recruiter

to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, screen, and connect with the best-fit candidates for both

technical and non-technical roles

. The ideal candidate will be well-versed with job portals like

Naukri, LinkedIn

, and

Indeed

and will have the ability to work effectively from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing Candidates

: Use platforms like

Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed

to find potential candidates for open positions.

Conducting Candidate Calls

: Engage with candidates via phone calls to assess their skills, interests, and fit for the role.

Screening Resumes

: Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for interviews.

Building Candidate Pipeline

: Create and maintain a robust database of potential candidates for both

technical and non-technical roles

.

Coordinating with Hiring Managers

: Collaborate with the hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure candidates meet the expectations.

Job Posting

: Post job openings on relevant job boards and company portals.

Additional Sourcing Channels

: Knowledge of other job portals will be a plus to further expand sourcing avenues.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience

: 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing roles (freshers are welcome).

Skills

: Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Good understanding of recruitment tools and job portals like

Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed

. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.

Knowledge of other platforms

(such as Monster, Glassdoor, etc.) is a plus.

Education

: A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
