with 1-2 years of recruitment experience to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, and helping us attract top talent across various roles and departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates using various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule further rounds with relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports.
Draft and publish compelling job descriptions and advertisements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support onboarding processes and coordinate with other HR functions as needed.
Continuously build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sourcing skills using job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, and other tools.
Good understanding of recruitment metrics, job evaluation, and interview techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
