Understand IT job requirements and prepare job descriptions.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
Support HR activities like onboarding and documentation.
Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Eligibility:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
0-1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably IT).
