Handle bulk and lateral hiring for multiple client requirements
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Follow up with candidates till offer acceptance and joining
Maintain daily recruitment trackers and reports
Achieve monthly hiring targets and closure timelines
Skills & Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in consultancy recruitment is an added advantage
Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
