We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Operations Executive
to support day-to-day HR activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling HR operations, employee records, attendance, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth HR functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end
HR operations
and administrative tasks
Maintain and update
employee records, files, and HR databases
Handle
attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs
Assist in
onboarding and exit formalities
Coordinate with recruitment team for interview scheduling and documentation
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures
Handle employee queries related to HR processes
Support HR audits and reporting activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in
HR / Management / Commerce
or related field
Minimum
1 year of experience
in HR Operations
Basic knowledge of
HR policies, payroll, and labor compliance
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Monday to Friday / As per company policy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
