Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (developers, designers, testers, etc.).
Understand and internal hiring requirements and create effective job postings.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess technical fit.
Coordinate with technical panels and hiring managers for interviews.
Manage candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment data.
Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders.
Assist in offer rollout, negotiations, and onboarding process.
Maintain compliance with company hiring policies and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of hands-on experience in
IT recruitment
.
Prior experience working in the
IT sector
is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of IT technologies, roles, and hiring trends.
Experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
