Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in conducting HR screening rounds.
2. Onboarding & Induction
Coordinate new employee joining formalities.
Collect and verify documents from new hires.
Assist in organizing induction/orientation programs.
3. HR Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain employee files and record updates in HRMS/Excel.
Prepare basic HR letters: Offer letters, appointment letters, etc.
Support attendance and leave tracking.
4. Employee Engagement
Help organize celebrations, events, and engagement activities.
Assist in sending internal communications or announcements.
