Job Description







Experience: 6 months to 2 years
Skills Required:


  • Hands-on experience in Excel .

  • Communication skills (both verbal & written) must be top-notch.

  • Canva experience will be an added advantage.


KRA:

Employee Onboarding

  • Prepare- Offer Letter, NDA, Salary Annexures

  • Follow up for team approval and signature.

  • Coordination with the internal team before joining.

  • Follow up with employees to update data in HRMS (onboarding and details updating, bank details, profile etc.)

  • Induction & Orientation

  • Scheduling calls with RM on 1st day

  • Conducting Meet & Greet


Attendance & Leave

  • Ensure the Time tracking tool has captured full hours, collect data.

  • Prepare daily, Weekly & Monthly report of time tracking

  • Ensure leaves are applied for 0 hours in the time tracking tool and are approved on or before 25th.


Announcements

  • Creating Welcome Announcement artwork and publishing in Teams

  • Birthday, Work Anniversary Announcements (Creative)



  • Ensuring LinkedIn Welcome and Anniversary posts are published.

  • Festive Greetings


Exit

  • Preparing resignation acceptance letter

  • Preparing No due form

  • Scheduling Exit interview with HR


Employee Engagement

  • Planning and conducting employee engagement activities.

  • preparing monthly engagement calendar
