Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced
Jr.
HR Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate must have completed an
MBA in Human Resources
and possess at least
1 year of experience
in a similar role. The candidate should have hands-on experience in
EPF & ESIC challan submission
and be capable of handling the
administrative functions
of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily HR operations and employee documentation.
Prepare and submit
EPF and ESIC challans
accurately and on time.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and personnel files.
Support statutory compliance activities.
Oversee office administration and general coordination tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
MBA in Human Resource Management
(mandatory).
Minimum
1 year of experience
.
Strong knowledge of
EPF, ESIC, and statutory compliance
procedures.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
